The
Birdhouse Gourd artistry is an
extension of my interest birds,
nature, gardening and farm life. The
wood burned and painted gourds are
all taken from these passions. Being
a free hand artist, I do not use
stencils or patterns so every image
is unique and different.
The
trails and tribulations of being a
self taught artist have developed
into a rewarding hobby. Having a
couple of award winning pieces has
been an encouragement as well. My
husband Joe and I live on a small
farm and where we raise pastured
poultry, eggs, turkeys, lambs and
rabbits. This will be our 10th year
now and really enjoy the customers
and friends we have made along the
way. If you are interested in
